At AumEssentials.com, we take great pride in the quality of our products and ensure they meet the highest standards. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Please review our policy below for more details.


Returns & Refunds

Our policy for refunds and returns is as follows:

  • No Returns or Refunds: We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Manufacturing Defect: If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. In such cases, we require you to provide a video showing the unboxing of the product, clearly demonstrating the manufacturing defect. The video should not be edited, and it should show the product as it was received. This helps us verify the issue and provide appropriate support.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: Please ensure that the video includes:
    1. Unboxing the product.
    2. A clear view of the defect (if any).
    3. The video must not be edited in any way.
  • No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items if you simply change your mind, no longer need the product, or made an incorrect purchase.

How to Report a Manufacturing Defect

If you find that your product is defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a video showing the unboxing and the manufacturing defect.
  2. Send the video to us at info@aumessentials.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  3. Include your order number and any other relevant information in your email.

Once we receive your email, we will review the video and get back to you with the next steps.


Shipping for Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will either:

  • Replace the product with the same item (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a refund (at our discretion).

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping charges incurred for defective items will be covered by us if the defect is confirmed.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the steps outlined under the Returns & Refunds section.
