Shipping Methods & Rates
- Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping to all locations within India.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the time the order is dispatched.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping with a delivery time of 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the order, as well as the delivery location. You can view the exact shipping costs during checkout before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping Offer
- We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2000 within India.
- Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and does not include express shipping.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number via the courier’s website.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.
- We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Missing or Lost Packages

- We will work with the carrier to track and resolve any issues related to lost or delayed packages.
- Once a package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- We may ask for a photo or video proof of the damaged item and packaging.
- Depending on the situation, we will either offer a replacement, a store credit, or a refund for the defective product.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations (unless specified otherwise).
- Shipping is available only to Indian addresses at this time.
Customs and Import Duties
- For domestic orders, customs and import duties do not apply.
- For international orders (if applicable in the future), the recipient may be responsible for additional customs charges, import duties, and taxes. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are payable upon delivery.
